Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING SCOPE & COURIERS
KAYDEAN QADDASA NIAGA ("the Company") ships nationwide within Malaysia via third-party courier services. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery is handled by independent contractors who are not employees or agents of the Company.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE
In compliance with Malaysian E-commerce regulations:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia; 5–10 business days for Sabah/Sarawak.

  • No Guarantee: While we provide estimated timelines, these are strictly estimates. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or charges arising out of late delivery by the courier.


3. TRANSFER OF RISK AND TITLE

  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss, theft, or accidental damage to the products passes to the Customer at the moment the package is handed over to the courier service.

  • Transfer of Title: Legal ownership (Title) of the goods only passes to the Customer once full payment has been received and the goods have left our facility.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination and are clearly displayed at the checkout page. These charges are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched, regardless of any subsequent return or refund claim.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The Customer is solely responsible for providing a 100% accurate shipping address and contact number.

  • Redelivery Fees: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to collect, the Customer shall bear the full cost of redelivery.

  • Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once an order is "Processed."


6. TRACKING AND ACCEPTANCE

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once generated. It is the Customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking status.

  • Deemed Acceptance: If no issue is reported to us within 48 hours of the "Delivered" status shown on the courier’s tracking system, the products are deemed to have been received in perfect condition and the contract fully performed.


7. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If the external packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with upon arrival:

  1. Do not sign for the parcel if possible.

  2. Take high-resolution photos/videos of the damaged packaging before opening.

  3. Report the issue to the courier immediately and notify KAYDEAN within 24 hours.

  4. KAYDEAN QADDASA NIAGA will assist in filing a claim with the courier, but our liability is limited to the compensation provided by said courier.
