1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE
All sales of KAYDEAN products and services are considered final. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
2. NO REFUND FOR "CHANGE OF MIND"
KAYDEAN QADDASA NIAGA does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "Change of Mind," personal dislike of product texture/scent, or any other subjective reasons once the order has been processed.
3. HYGIENE AND PRODUCT INTEGRITY
In accordance with Malaysian health and safety standards for cosmetic products:

Opened Products: Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or has had its original packaging tampered with is strictly non-returnable.

Safety Seals: Returns will only be considered for items that are in their original, unopened, and pristine condition.
4. INCORRECT ITEMS OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you receive an item that is different from your order or has a significant manufacturing defect:

48-Hour Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Mandatory Evidence: You must provide an unboxing video and high-resolution photographs showing the product in its original shipping box. Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the immediate rejection of the claim.

Resolution: Upon verification, KAYDEAN will provide a replacement or a refund at our sole discretion.
5. THE 30-DAY "NO IMPROVEMENT" GUARANTEE
We offer a full refund for the Product Price if you complete our 30-Day Beauty Program and see no skin improvement. To protect the business against fraudulent claims, the following strict conditions must be met:

Pre-Program Baseline: You must have submitted a clear, time-stamped "Day 1" photo to our consultants before starting.

Program Adherence: You must prove 100% adherence to the personalized routine provided. This includes maintaining the weekly check-in log on our CRM/WhatsApp.

Product Monogamy: This guarantee is immediately voided if you use any third-party active skincare products (e.g., AHAs, BHAs, Retinoids, or other barrier-affecting products from other brands) during the 30-day period.

Definition of Improvement: "Improvement" is defined as any objective positive change in skin hydration, reduction in redness, or improved barrier texture. The final assessment is at the sole discretion of KAYDEAN QADDASA NIAGA.
6. SHIPPING COSTS AND REVERSE LOGISTICS

Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: The cost of returning any items to KAYDEAN for inspection shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

Lost Returns: KAYDEAN is not responsible for any return parcels lost in transit; we highly recommend using a tracked courier service.
7. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 14 working days of the approval date.
